Off-Road Use Only
All tuning, deletes, and software modifications are strictly intended for off-road, competition, or export-use vehicles only. Customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

No Refunds on Digital Services
All software installs, tuning sessions, calibrations, and remote services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible for providing a stable laptop, internet connection, power source, and correct vehicle information. Any interruptions caused by the customer may require additional charges.

Hardware Condition
Customer is responsible for the condition of their ECM/ACM/MCM/TCM or any module being tuned.
Tweetie Tunez x NFG Tuning is not liable for pre-existing issues, hidden faults, or hardware failures.

No Warranty on Improper Use
Any tuning or software provided will function as intended when the vehicle’s hardware is correct.
Misuse, additional modifications, or third-party changes void any support.

Support Policy
Basic support is included for the specific service performed.
Any further changes, new issues, or new tunes may require additional costs.

Chargebacks / Payment Policy
Any chargeback, dispute, or fraudulent claim will result in permanent loss of support, voided license, and removal from future services.

Customer Acknowledgment
By completing payment, the customer confirms they understand these terms and agree to proceed.
